This Colombian coffee comes from the highlands of the Risaralda region of Colombia sitting at 1,700 meters. This is a fully washed coffee of the Castillo and Caturra variety with some incredible cupping notes. This has traditional notes typical of Colombian coffees including Chocolate, Citrus, and Honey sweetness finish.
