This coffee comes from our good friend and importer Yolima, whose family owns Finca La Vega in Amaga, Colombia. We brought in two new Colombian coffees this year from the Huila region including this regional lot. Cupping notes from this washed processed coffee are a sweet cup with panela and caramel notes throughout, a nice orange citrus brightness. This coffee is locally sourced and roasted in Baltimore.
