This coffee comes from Santos Lopez and his farm Passiflora located in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica which produces some of the best coffees year after year. This coffee is a washed processed coffee, where the coffee cherry is stripped and then left to dry on the drying patios. Cupping notes from this washed processed coffee are a sweet creamy body, with caramel and nutty notes throughout making it a classic costa rican coffee. This coffee is locally sourced and roasted in Baltimore.
