Sumatra Mutu Batak
This coffee comes from thethe Lintongnihuta region on the southern shores of Lake Toba and is a traditional sun dried, triple picked Sumatran coffee. The preparation of this coffee is common with high quality coffees from this region and shows in a traditional heavy body cup that is extremely clean. It has great acidity and cleanness for a Sumatran coffee and shows with cupping notes of plum, lime acidity, cookie dough, spiced cinnamon and a big body! This coffee is a direct trade coffee and locally roasted in Baltimore.
