Sumatra Boru Batak
This coffee comes from the Lintongnihuta region on the southern shores of Lake Toba and is a traditional sun dried, triple picked Sumatran coffee. This is a super grade coffee from Sumatra with only 200 bags (30kg) picked annually. This cup is exceptionally clean and has an excellent syrupy body, acidity throughout, and juicy mouthfeel. This coffee is a direct trade coffee and locally roasted in Baltimore.
