Our Goraa Natural coffee is produced at the Suke drying station located in the Guji Region of Ethiopia. This lot is made up from 23 small holder farmers with farms from 2-3 Ha each of land that sit at 2,100 MASL. This coffee similar to our Qabballe Natural is dried for 28 days and turned 7 times daily for the best cup quality. We cupped this coffee with berry sweetness and acidity, and a sweet and floral body. This is the perfect cup for pour overs that aren’t to bright and offers a great sweet, juicy cup.
