This Nicarauga Limoncillo coffee farm is owned by the Mierisch Family and managed by Santos Demitris Flores. The name Limoncillo comes from tons of lemon trees that were originally found on the farm. This is one of the largest farms we work with at over 171 hectares, with heavy forest scattered throughout that provides shade for the coffee trees.
