Honduras Finca Alto de La Santos
This lot of coffee comes from Finca Alto de La Santos situated in the very northern part of the country in Copan, Honduras. This is our first coffee from Honduras and we couldn't be more excited to share it with you! This is made of of Lempira and IH-90 varietals, local to Honduras. This is a honey processed coffee, where part of the cherry and mucilage are stripped off with the remaining left attached to the bean, then moved to the drying beds. This processing method offers incredible cupping notes. This cup is a very sweet cup of coffee with honey, caramel, and black tea notes throughout. This coffee is locally sourced and roasted in Baltimore.
