Guatemala Cimarron Asproguate
This coffee comes from the Asproguate coop in Guatemala and is largely represented by women owned farms. This coop is made up by about 1900 small holder farms with various varieties of coffee. This lot is a washed coffee with nice acidity and a great body that is versatile for pour overs, french press, drip and more! We cupped this with notes of Caramel, Orange, Milk Chocolate notes and Brown Sugar throughout.
This coffee is sustainably sourced and locally roasted in Baltimore.
