Ecuador Finca Bruhwer
This is our first Ecuadorian Coffee we have sourced and it does not disappoint! We sourced this through our friend Stephen and The Coffee Quest along with several of our Colombian Coffees. This coffee comes from Quilanga, Loja, Ecuador and is woman run by Karla Garcia. This is a high grown coffee at above 1,900m and is grown on a 3 hectare farm. After Cherries are picked, they go to the wet mill and are fermented for 48 hours and then dried on African drying beds for 15 days. We taste Floral notes, Sweet, Stone Fruits, and Mandarin Orange throughout.
Cupping notes: Peach - Star Fruit - Sugar Cane - Mandarin Orange
