This Colombian Coffee comes from our good friend Stephen from the southern region of Huila, Colombia. It is named after the Valley of Laboyos, a person from this region is known as Laboyanos. This lot is made up of various single small holder farmers and combine into a beautiful community lot. This coffee is made up of various varietal including Pink Bourbon and highlights the bright and exotic nature of this region. We cupped this with floral notes throughout, with a sweet body and tropical fruit acidity.
