This coffee comes from the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala and is owned by farmer Francisco Morales. Francisco has been in coffee since 15 years old and has grown his farm over time by acquiring surrounding farms and focusing his efforts on quality over quantity. He maintains his farm very well and has lush and full coffee trees separated into well manicured lots, with plenty of shade trees. We cupped this with notes of Chocolate, a sweet body and citrus hints throughout. This coffee is sustainably sourced and locally roasted in Baltimore.
