Our Qabballe Natural coffee is produced at the the Raro Nensebo washing station in the Guji region of Ethiopia. This particular lot is made up of 15 small holder farmers with 2-3 Ha of land each. This natural lot is dried for 28 days and moved 7 times per day and it shows in the quality of the cup. This coffee is very bright and acidic with citrus, lemon, and floral notes throughout. This makes a great pour over and is perfect for light roast enthusiast.
