This is our first year working with Rafael Prado and his coffees. This coffee comes from the San Isidro valley located in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica which produces some of the best coffees year after year. This coffee is a washed processed coffee, where the coffee cherry is stripped and then left to dry on the drying patios. This is a classic Costa Rican Cup of Coffee with a Big Body, Dark chocolate and nutty notes. This is a dark roast favorite! This coffee is locally sourced and roasted in Baltimore.
